They go to a restaurant, and the waiter asks ” L’apperitif?”
All of them answer “Oui!”
The waiter looks at Zedillo. “Le tequila?”
Zedillo: “Oui!”
The waiter looks at Yeltsin. “Le vodka?”
Yeltsin: “Oui!”
Finally, the waiter looks at Clinton. ” Le whisky?”
